This would suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in doing a job properly and is keen to learn new skills. You ll be joining a small, experienced team with plenty of banter and a strong focus on quality. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities of the Fabricator / Assembler: Manufacture and assemble products from raw materials. Use workshop machinery, saws, powered tools and hand tools to make and assemble components. Read and work accurately from drawings. Carry out fabrication, assembly and welding tasks, with training provided. Check finished work to ensure a consistently high standard. Work efficiently and independently once trained, supporting colleagues when needed. Work overtime when required to help meet customer demand.
