Fabricator Welder

Position: Fabricator WelderLocation: Sheffield (Ideal for candidates based in Sheffield, Chesterfield, or Rotherham)Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent after 12 weeks)Hourly Rate: 13.50 to 16.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PMFriday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PMWe are working with a leading provider of commercial vehicle solutions, currently seeking a skilled Fabricator Welder to join their growing team. This role is based on-site and offers the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful 12-week temporary period.The ideal candidate will have:Proven experience in fabrication and MIG welding.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.A UK Driver''s License is required; an HGV license is advantageous but not essential.Strong teamwork skills and a focus on quality and safety.Responsibilities:As a Fabricator Welder, you will:Fabricate and assemble metal components for vehicle body builds and sub-assemblies.Carry out MIG welding tasks to a high standard.Read and work from detailed technical drawings and build specifications.Work on refurbishment projects and new commercial vehicle builds.Maintain safe working practices and contribute to production targets.Benefits:Overtime: Time and a half after 39 hours, with Saturday morning overtime availableAdditional Benefits:Paid breaks20 days holiday plus bank ..... full job details .....
