This role is responsible for cutting, assembling, and welding steel components used in the construction of buildings, bridges, industrial plants, and other large-scale structures. The successful candidate will transform raw steel materials into accurate, high-quality structural elements in line with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Fabricate and assemble structural steel components including: UB''s UC''s PFC''s CHS''s Perform cutting, grinding, and welding tasks to meet project requirements. Safely operate hand tools, fabrication machinery, and measuring equipment. Ensure all fabricated work meets dimensional accuracy and quality standards. Operate lifting equipment including overhead cranes. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines.
