Fabricator Welder

I''m working with a long-standing, high-quality welding and fabrication company based in South Woodham Ferrers - and they''re looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their growing team.

If you''re confident with MIG and TIG welding and want a role that offers varied work, regular overtime, and a solid, supportive team, this could be your next move.

This is a temporary to permanent position.

The Offer:

• Up to -18.00 per hour

• Overtime at 1.33x weekdays/Saturdays, 2.0x on Sundays

• Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm

• Free on-site parking

• Occasional on-site work for variety

What You''ll Be Doing:

• MIG and TIG welding on a range of metalwork projects

• General fabrication duties in the workshop

• Reading from fabrication drawings

• Supporting the team and jumping in where needed

What You''ll Need:

• Proven MIG and TIG welding experience

• Confident fabricating and working from drawings

• A team-focused mindset and willingness to get stuck in
