The company prides itself on its supportive team culture and collaborative working environment.This is temp to perm role.Training can be provided for the right candidate, but the technical experience (for example in joinery) and ability to use hand tools, drills, or jigsaws is required.Ideal candidate for a Fabricator role will have:Hands-on experience with plastic fabrication and hand toolsKnowledge of gluing and bonding techniquesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and job sheetsStrong attention to detail and quality standardsCapability to work both independently and as part of a teamResponsibilities and Duties of a Fabricator:Use hand tools and plastic materials to fabricate products according to job specificationsInspect materials and finished products to ensure quality complianceInterpret and work from engineering drawings to produce tailored solutionsEvaluate feasibility and lead times for customer requestsSuggest and implement fabrication improvements to increase efficiencyIdentify and correct production defects as they arisePerform routine maintenance of fabrication equipmentFollow health and safety protocols and workplace standardsCommunicate clearly with colleagues to maintain smooth operationsAny other duties as required by the ..... full job details .....
