FABRICATORWe are recruiting an experienced Fabricator to a join a high-quality steel door manufacturer on the outskirts of East Hull (HU12). This is a Permanent Vacancy offering a starting salary of 30,000. Shift pattern / Working hoursMonday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm Friday 8am - 3:30pm Start date / DurationThe Fabricator role is a Permanent position that will commence with immediate effect however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this. Job descriptionAs a Fabricator your duties will be split between working in the fabrication department and the hardware fitting department. Your duties will include; Cutting out apertures in steel doors using a plunge saw Making alterations to frames by punching, mitring and welding pre-formed sections to the frames MIG welding Using various power tools Working from drawings and templates Manuel handling The successful candidate:To be considered for the position of Fabricator you must; Have experience with MIG welding Have experience using power tools such as drills, grinders and plunge saws Be confident using templates to mark out drilling and cutting patterns Be physically sit and capable of lifting up to 25kg Be self-motivated and show commitment to the role Have a good level of verbal and written EnglishWhat''s in it for you?Salary - 30,000 Permanent contract 28 days holiday 2x 15 min breaks and 1x 30 min lunch break Workplace Pension with 3% employer contribution Option to join private ..... full job details .....
