Fabricator

Pro-Found Recruitment are looking to recruit a Fabricator for our client in Alfreton, DE55.

Fabricator Benefits:

• Hours: Monday to Friday working 7:30am - 4pm - work 37.5 hours but paid for 42.5 hours
• Rate of Pay: -12.81 - -13.24 DOE
• Contract: Temp to perm contract

Fabricator role and responsibilities include:

• Quality inspection
• Operating Fabrication Machinery, including automated saws, routers.
• Use of hand tools including measuring devices
• Fabricating bespoke orders
• Assist in all stages of manufacturing aluminium doors/conservatory roofs/bespoke items
• Assist colleagues in hitting production targets.
• Focus on producing quality products.

Fabricator Key skills:

• Previous fabrication experience preferred but training could be given to the right candidate who can demonstrate a strong production/manufacturing background
• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Experience of using hand tools and good measuring skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
• Excellent time keeping and attendance.
• Willingness to undertake further training.
• Previous experience in the window and door sector would be an advantage but not essential.
