Location: Bridlington

Night Shift

• Monday to Friday 5pm - 1:30am

• -21.30 - -22.66 per hour (depending on experience)

Introduction

ES Recruit is seeking skilled Fabricators/MIG Welders to join a well-established manufacturing business in Bridlington. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern production facility that offers a safe working environment, quality equipment, and ongoing investment in its workforce.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the fabrication team, your responsibilities will include:

• Manufacturing structural steel components from technical drawings.
• Carrying out MIG welding to the required specifications.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately.
• Inspecting completed welds and fabricated parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Completing relevant quality and production documentation.
• Meeting production targets while maintaining high workmanship standards.
• Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe.
• Following all company health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Fabricator or MIG Welder role.
• The ability to confidently read engineering drawings.
• Proven MIG welding experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• A good understanding of fabrication techniques and welding processes.
• A reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
