This is a hands-on role involving fabrication, welding, and mechanical assembly, with additional responsibility for supporting team output and maintaining high quality standards. Duties Fabricate and assemble mechanical parts and products Undertake TIG and MIG welding to a high standard Perform mechanical fitting using standard tools and machinery Support and guide junior team members where required Conduct basic quality checks and testing of completed work Work with the Production Team Leader to allocate work across the team Monitor and manage consumable stock levels Requirements Proven experience in fabrication and mechanical fitting Strong TIG and MIG welding skills Ability to read and work from engineering drawings Good attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Company pension Flexitime scheme in operation Life insurance Sick pay Early finish on Fridays Please click Apply ...
