Workshop Fabricator - Architectural & Structural Steel

Location: Stanwell
Rate: -17.00 - -18.50 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 40-45 hours per week on average

We are currently looking for an experienced workshop-based fabricator to join an ongoing project in Feltham. This is a great opportunity to work on both architectural and structural steelwork in a well-equipped workshop, with consistent hours and the possibility of weekend work.

Role Overview:
You will be fabricating a variety of architectural and structural steel components, working from detailed engineering drawings and using a range of workshop tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication of architectural and structural steelwork
• Working from technical drawings to produce high-quality work
• Using grinders and other hand tools to finish and prepare steelwork
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fabricating architectural and/or structural steel
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Competent in using grinders and other workshop tools
• Reliable, with a good eye for detail and commitment to quality work
