Fabrication Supervisor

The Opportunity Right Hire Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to join an established engineering and fabrication business. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with a strong background in fabrication and engineering to lead day-to-day activities within a busy fabrication facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining production schedules, ensuring high-quality workmanship, promoting safe working practices and supporting the efficient delivery of projects. We are looking for someone who can lead and motivate a team, coordinate resources effectively and ensure work is completed in line with technical specifications, quality standards and health and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day activities within the fabrication facility to ensure production targets and project deadlines are achieved. Lead, support and motivate the fabrication workforce, maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, quality control personnel and other departments. Issue and communicate relevant engineering drawings, specifications, procedures and work instructions to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, quality plans, inspection procedures and technical specifications.
