The Role As the Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication department, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are achieved. You will plan workloads, support the team, and ensure materials, drawings, and job packs are checked before production begins. Key Responsibilities Supervise and organise the fabrication team to meet production schedules. Check drawings, revisions, materials, and component counts before manufacture. Carry out in-process quality checks and ensure work is completed to specification. Promote a Right First Time approach and help resolve production and quality issues.
