Are you an experienced fabrication professional ready to take the next step in your career? We''re looking for a Fabrication Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team within a fast-paced engineering environment. Combining hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership skills, you''ll oversee daily operations, maintain high quality standards, and help drive efficiency across the fabrication function.

The Role:

• Supervised CNC fabrication operations and personnel.
• Programmed and operated CNC punch, plasma and press brake machines.
• Performed preventative maintenance and fault finding.
• Trained and developed junior team members.
• Supported wider production and logistics functions.
• Ensured quality, productivity and delivery targets were met.

What we are looking for:

• Good experience operating CNC machinery
• CAD / CAM experience / familiarity
• Prior experience with creating and implementing maintenance schedules.
• Comfortable dealing with external contractors.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Forklift license - Preferred.

Shifts: Day Based
