JR373: Fabrication ManagerLocation: BristolSalary: Up To £52,325Overview:First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking an experienced Fabrication Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.Our client is a leading generator hire company providing reliable and sustainable power solutions across a range of sectors, including construction, infrastructure, electrical contractors and utilities.This role is key to supporting the rental department through the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of the rental fleet. The successful candidate will lead the fabrication production team, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, to the required quality standards and within agreed timescales and budgets.Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the fabrication workshop and paint spray booth.Plan, coordinate and monitor production activities to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines.Review production schedules, prioritise workloads and allocate resources effectively.Assess labour, materials, equipment and production capacity requirements.Identify potential production delays and implement appropriate solutions.Lead and supervise a team of approximately nine employees, monitoring performance, productivity and quality standards.Support employee training, skills development and performance management.Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, productivity, efficiency and ..... full job details .....
