This role would suit an experienced Fabrication, Welding, or Workshop Manager within Steel Fabrication OR an experienced Fabricator / Welder that has gained strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Manage daily fabrication workshop operations, workflow planning, and resource allocation. Lead, mentor, and develop fabrication staff to ensure high performance and compliance.
