This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge of heavy fabrication, welding, punch and brake press operations, and machine shop processes . Working closely with the Office Manager, you will lead the production team, ensure manufacturing targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and drive workshop performance. Key Responsibilities Manage daily workshop operations and production schedules. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 20+ welders and fabricators. Allocate labour and resources to meet production targets. Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to specification. Monitor workshop productivity, quality, and performance KPIs.
