Fabrication Joiner

The Fabrication Joiner will work within a clean room environment, specialising in the cutting, shaping, and assembly of metal components. This role focuses on the fabrication of pipe sections, metal frameworks, wall panels, and structural assemblies. No woodwork is involved. Precision, contamination control, and adherence to strict safety and quality standards are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesCut, shape, and prepare metal pipes, panels, and framework components using appropriate tools and machineryFabricate and assemble metal wall panels, frames, brackets, and structural sections to specificationWork within a clean room environment, following all gowning, contamination-control, and housekeeping proceduresRead and interpret technical drawings, fabrication diagrams, and engineering specificationsCarry out accurate measuring, marking, drilling, and finishing of metal componentsOperate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, drills, shears, and bending toolsPerform quality checks to ensure all fabricated components meet dimensional and cleanliness standardsCollaborate with engineering, production, and clean room teams to ensure smooth workflowMaintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any deviations from specificationFollow all HandS procedures, including safe handling of metal materials, tools, and equipmentSkills and Experience RequiredProven experience as a Fabrication Joiner, Metal Joiner, Fabricator, or similar metalworking roleStrong background ..... full job details .....
