Fabrication Department Supervisor Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 Hours per Week.Salary Circa: 35,000 p.a.Holidays: 23 Days + Bank Holidays.Contract: Full Time, Permanent. The Role: As Fabrication Department Supervisor, you''ll oversee the day-to-day operation of the fabrication and brazing area, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating workloads, supporting and developing team members, maintaining production schedules and ensuring customer requirements are met. This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll be expected to lead by example and play an active part in improving processes and performance across the department.
