This is an excellent opportunity for an industry professional who is passionate about developing the next generation of skilled welders and fabricators.In this role, you will design, deliver and assess high-quality, industry-focused training programmes for adult learners. Working closely with employers, you will help learners develop practical welding and fabrication skills, along with the knowledge, behaviours and employability skills needed to succeed in today''s engineering and manufacturing sectors.You will manage a caseload of learners, providing guidance, mentoring and ongoing assessment to support their progression into employment, further training or career advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, high-quality welding training programmes.Conduct learner inductions and initial assessments to identify individual learning needs.Develop tailored learning plans that meet both learner and employer requirements.Deliver practical and theory-based training to industry standards.Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.Manage a caseload of learners, carrying out regular reviews and maintaining accurate records.Build and ..... full job details .....
