Fabric Technician/Handyperson - Egham

My client seeking a reliable and skilled Fabric Technician/Handyperson to join our team on a 3-month contract based in Egham.


The role involves carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance of the building fabric to ensure the site remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.


You will be responsible for performing a variety of basic handyman duties on-site, including minor carpentry and joinery, painting and decorating, and basic plumbing tasks. Additionally, you will carry out escorting duties for sub-contractors as required, ensuring compliance with site protocols and safety standards.


This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to maintain the overall condition of the building fabric.

The pay rate for this role is andpound;14.39 per hour PAYE + holiday pay or andpound;19 per hour Umbrella.

Certifications andamp; Standards
Basic plumbing or handyman qualifications (advantageous)
Awareness of site safety and contractor management procedures
