The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance, PPMs and minor project works across the hospital.Duties will include:Responding to reactive maintenance worksRepairs to floor and wall coveringsCeiling tile repairs and replacementsGeneral fabric, carpentry and building maintenanceDoor, ironmongery and general installation repairsLighting and general lamp changesBasic plumbing worksFilter changes to AHUs / FCUsCompleting reactive and PPM jobs within agreed timescalesCarrying out minor project worksCompleting site surveys and assisting with RAMS and Works RequestsLiaising professionally with the client''s representativesUsing a PDA to record completed works and provide updatesEnsuring all works are completed...
