The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance, PPMs and minor project works across the hospital. Duties will include: Responding to reactive maintenance works Repairs to floor and wall coverings Ceiling tile repairs and replacements General fabric, carpentry and building maintenance Door, ironmongery and general installation repairs Lighting and general lamp changes Basic plumbing works Filter changes to AHUs / FCUs Completing reactive and PPM jobs within agreed timescales Carrying out minor project works Completing site surveys and assisting with RAMS and Works Requests Liaising professionally with the client''s representatives Using a PDA to record comp...
