Your role will include, but is not limited to:Plumbing repairs and installationsCarpentry workPlanned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)General maintenance and repairs as requiredEnsuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standardResponding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely mannerQualifications and Skills:Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenanceRelevant trade qualificationsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skillsCustomer-focused approachRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
