If you take pride in high-quality workmanship, possess a strong "can-do" attitude, and have the flexibility to handle general building maintenance tasks outside your primary trade, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesFault Diagnosis and Repairs: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues across your core trade, as well as secondary building fabric trades.Planned Maintenance (PPM): Carry out scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks and reactive repairs efficiently.Emergency Response: Swiftly respond to and resolve emergency maintenance situations safely and effectively.Client and Team Interaction: Keep building users, clients, and resource controllers updated on job progress, delivering a polite, professional, and courteous service at all times.Safety and Compliance: Strictly adhere to Health and Safety guidelines using RAMS, PPE, and proper procedures.
