This is a permanent, site-based role offering a varied workload, covering general building maintenance, basic carpentry and plumbing, along with building services maintenance tasks. You''ll work as part of a team of three, helping to keep the college buildings safe, functional and well maintained. Key Responsibilities Carry out general fabric maintenance and handyperson duties. Complete basic carpentry repairs and minor plumbing tasks. Change filters on air handling units (AHUs). Undertake Legionella-related testing and water temperature checks.
