Fabric Technician - Facilities ManagementCity of London 33,390 Basic Potential Earnings c. 39,400 + Overtime + Exceptional Pension and BenefitsGH Engage are recruiting for a Fabric Technician to join the in-house engineering team at a major secure organisation in the City of London.This is a permanent, site-based Facilities Management role working Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:00, 35 hours per week, offering excellent work-life balance alongside a strong salary and benefits package.The Fabric Technician will be responsible for planned and reactive building fabric maintenance across the site, supporting the wider engineering team and ensuring the estate remains safe, compliant and well maintained.DutiesPlanned and reactive fabric maintenanceCarpentry and joineryDoors, locks and ironmongeryDecorating and basic plasteringCeilings, partitions and flooringMinor plumbing repairsGeneral building defects and repairsSite inspections and identifying remedial worksMaintaining accurate maintenance recordsSupporting and overseeing specialist contractors where requiredRequirementsPrevious experience as a Fabric Technician, Building Fabric Engineer or similarGood all-round building maintenance skillsExperience within commercial, corporate or Facilities Management environmentsStrong health and safety awarenessReliable, professional and comfortable working within a secure environmentSalary and Package 33,390 basic salary8% flexible benefits allowance - approx. 2,670Potential 10% annual bonus - ..... full job details .....
