This is a foot-mobile role suited to someone with a strong maintenance background who enjoys a hands-on position and takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and building upkeep. Key Responsibilities Attend maintenance issues and carry out initial fault diagnosis. Complete first-fix repairs where possible and escalate specialist issues when required. Carry out minor plumbing repairs, including tap cartridges, valves, TRVs, pipework alterations, leaks and blockages. Perform fabric repairs and maintenance, including: Doors, locks and ironmongery Ceiling tiles and flooring Plasterboard repairs Filling, sanding and decorating Undertake light carpentry works such as installing shelving, cabinets, partitions and bespoke fittings.
