We are recruiting a Fabric Technician to join the team located in Exeter. Role Summary: As a CBRE Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for proactive and reactive building maintenance and repair services for client contracts. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. Provide a planned and reactive maintenance service as instructed, ensuring that operational standards, process and procedures are followed.
