Fabric Technician
Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for Fabric Technicians in Swindon.The key purpose of this role is to provide safe and efficient maintenance of the Building Fabric and equipment within the hospital as directed by Estates Supervisors and Management.Key accountabilities1. Working within a team and independently when required2. Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary3. Repair fire-rated doors in accordance with fire regulations, safety regulations and manufacture guidelines4. Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, including fire ratings, smoke sealing and door clearances5. Install and maintain fire rated door hardware, including locks, hinges, and closers6.
