ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE Electrically/HVAC biased trades person based on site undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment, and building fabric. Based at LCY3 but may be asked to assist other nearby sites as required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the Manager.
