We are recruiting a Fabric Supervisor to join the team located in London Role Summary: Respond to reactive works within the teamEnsure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescalesLiaise with Clients representatives with respect to maintenance and repair tasksUndertake site surveys and produce Works Requests, Method Statements and Risk Assessments for planned worksRepairs floor and wall coveringsResponsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacementsResponsible for other building and installation works as requiredAccountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU''s / FCU''s and Basic Plumbing requirementsUtilise PDA to complete works, key communications and updatesComplete reactive, PPM jobs and projects in a timely mannerUndertake minor projects worksEnsure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work RegulationsIn addition to the above duties, you will be expected to undertake all reasonable tasks as directed by the ..... full job details .....
