Fabric Sales Coordinator - Graduate Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Sales Support Assistant on behalf of a thriving sustainable textiles business. The company has been operating for nearly 10 years and creates natural, sustainable textile collections for the interior design, furniture and hospitality industries. The textiles are produced with the finest quality that allow their clients to create sustainable interiors. The business has rapidly grown and they are now in need of an experienced Sales Coordinator to join the existing friendly and dynamic team. The candidate will preferably come from the interiors industry, ideally a fabric company although this is not essential. Alternatively this role could suit a recent graduate who possesses some experience in an office environment. This role requires someone who is highly organised and who is looking to play an integral and important part in assisting the business to grow. There is lots of potential for this role to expand into other areas of the business as they continue to develop and therefore the position suits someone with ambition.The duties will include: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to keep them informed of order progress and deliverySupporting the sales team with product queries, providing quotations, passing on leads and details of new client enquiriesLiaise with the warehouse to monitor stock and conduct stock takeResolve after sales queries in a timely fashion and escalate if requiredDevelop sales leadsSupport the sales team with ..... full job details .....
