Position: Maintenance HandypersonLocation: LiverpoolType: PermanentSalary: 35,000 PA Shift: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12-hour shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm (rotating shift times)Holiday: 25 days plus statutoryCall Out: 1 in 6 rota / 150 standby payment - Company van provided whilst on callParking: Free on-site parking We are recruiting for a maintenance operative / handyperson to work on a prestigious facility in the Liverpool area completing general fabric maintenance and compliance checks as part of a resident maintenance team.
