A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking a multi-skilled individual to support general building maintenance within a secure, operational environment, with potential for the role to become permanent. The Role As the Handyperson / Fabric Engineer, you’ll: Carry out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance . Complete general repairs and handyperson tasks across the site. Undertake basic joinery and building maintenance where required. Support a variety of maintenance tasks outside of your core trade. Work alongside electrical, mechanical and other FM trades. Maintain high standards of health, safety and compliance. You To be successful, you’ll bring: Previous handyperson, fabric maintenance or general building maintenance experience.
