      <description>Location: Bristol | Salary: &amp;pound;14.60 - &amp;pound;19.01/hour | Type: Contract | Fabric Engineer Required     Start Date:  21/09/2026   Duration:  4 weeks   Hours:  32 hours per week   Working Pattern:  4 x 8-hour days per week, with the option to work 5 x 6.5-hour days   Location:  Nuffield Health, Bristol   BASIC DBS     The Role    Tech-People are currently looking for an experienced  Fabric Engineer  to carry out general fabric maintenance works within a hospital.  The role will primarily involve  painting and decorating , alongside a variety of basic fabric maintenance tasks to ensure the hospital is kept to a high standard.   Responsibilities    Painting and decorating  Changing and replacing locks  Repairing and adjusting doors  Carrying out general fabric maintenance  Completing minor repairs and maintenance tasks  Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard  Working safely and professionally within a hospital environment    Requirements    Previous experience in a  Fabric Engineer/Fabric Technician  role  Strong painting and decorating skills  Experience with general building/fabric maintenance  Good attention to detail  Reliable and professional approach to work  Ability to work independently and as part of a team     If you are available and in...</description>
