Position: Fabric EngineerLocation: BristolDuration: PermanentSalary: From £32,000 to £36,000 subject to experience levelWe are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering the Bristol area.This Fabric Engineer will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance throughout commercial sites within the Bristol area.The right person for this position will already have experience working as a Fabric Engineer on commercial sites. Dealing with carpentry, basic plumbing, floor and ceiling tiles as well as other maintenance duties.We need this Fabric Engineer to be holding a full UK driving licence as well as a minimum of a level 2 in Carpentry/ JoineryRequirements Strong background dealing with commercial building services maintenanceFull UK driving licenceBased in a commutable location to BristolHolding a minimum of a level 2 in Carpentry or JoineryAble to deal with basic plumbing, painting etcHappy to join the on call rota Package Basic salary based on a 40 hour week21 day holiday plus bank holidays (increasing)PensionOn call allowanceOn call one week in twelve If you are interested in this position, please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ..... full job details .....
