Position: Fabric Engineer

Location: Covering two sites (Hendon and Walthamstow)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £45,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Fabric Technician for a full time, permanent position covering two large commercial sites

This Fabric Engineer will be dealing with the sites planned and reactive maintenance that will include basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating. It would be a major advantage if this person can also deal with ahu maintenance, legionella testing, water flushing etc

This engineer will be covering two large static sites. Even though these are static positions this engineer will need to be able to travel between the two sites either in a company van or using their own transportation. They will be placed on one site for a number of days before moving to the other site

Due to the nature of the position, we may require a full UK driving licence, however this still needs to be confirmed.

We will require this engineer to hold an NVQ or City and Guilds Level 2 qualification in maintenance or be time served

Requirements

• Strong background in commercial maintenance
• Based in a commutable distance to Walthamstow or Hendon
• Level 2 maintenance qualification
• Must be multi skilled
• Driving licence will be preferred
