Dealing with planned and reactive maintenance for these commercial sites They will be dealing with monthly and weekly maintenance checks that will include basic plumbing, carpentry, floor and ceiling tiles as well as legionella testing, water flushing etc. It would be a major advantage if this person has some experience dealing with plant room and ahu maintenance. This is foot mobile position, however, we are willing to contribute to some of the travel costs to get into Birmingham.
