Temporary Fabric Engineer West London, W316.50 per hour Weekly pay Tools provided We re looking for a skilled and dependable Temporary Fabric Engineer to join our student accommodation team in West London. If you take pride in maintaining properties to the highest standard and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!Your Responsibilities: Carrying out reactive maintenance in occupied rooms with a focus on quality workmanship and customer serviceRepairing and maintaining building fabric, including redecoration and general upkeepFixing toilets, sinks, furniture, locks, descaling showers, and replacing lightbulbsReporting any property or ground issues swiftly and professionallyMaintaining clean and tidy communal areas, bin stores, and refuse spacesConducting regular PPM checksTaking a proactive approach to ensure high standards are met What We re Looking For: Previous Fabric Engineer / Maintenance / Caretaker / Multi-trader / Handyman experienceAbility to carry out general repairs and building fabric works to a high standardStrong teamwork and communication skillsReliable, hardworking, and adaptable to different tasksKnowledge of Health and Safety measuresComfortable with physically demanding work Immediate start ..... full job details .....
