Job Title: Fabric Engineer (Temp to Perm)Location: Near Waterloo Train Station, LondonSalary: Competitive, based on experienceShift Pattern: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off We are currently seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to join a highly regarded team in a stunning Grade 1 listed building near Waterloo Train Station. This is a temp-to-perm role offering the opportunity to work in a prestigious and heritage-rich environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct a variety of fabric-related maintenance tasks including minor repairs to building structure, walls, floors, doors, windows, ceilings, and internal finishes. Ensure the fabric of the building is maintained to the highest standards, preserving the heritage and integrity of the Grade 1 listed building. Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly to minimize disruption. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and tidiness in all work areas, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed. Assist with any building-related issues, liaising with contractors and other teams as necessary. Comply with building regulations and heritage conservation guidelines to preserve the building''s historic features. Perform general fabric repairs such as redecoration, joinery, and minor construction works.
