Job Title: Mobile Fabric Maintenance EngineerLocation: NW London (covering various static sites)Salary: Up to 38,000 - 42,000 per annum (depending on qualifications)+ Company Van and Fuel CardWorking Hours: Monday - Friday, Standard Business HoursAre you an experienced Fabric Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, mobile role with a guaranteed client baseKey ResponsibilitiesCarry out routine fabric maintenance, minor repairs, and reactive works across designated facilities in NW London.Perform basic carpentry, door/lock repairs, painting, decorating, basic plumbing, and minor tiling/plastering.Ensure all work meets strict health, safety, and compliance standards within operational emergency service buildings.Manage job tickets via a mobile device, keeping clear records of completed work and ordering necessary materials.RequirementsProven experience as a Fabric Engineer, Handyperson, or Multi-Skilled Technician in a commercial or mobile environment.Relevant trade qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry, Plumbing, or Painting) or time-served equivalent.Full UK Driving Licence (essential for van usage).Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
