This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fabric maintenance professional to work across a range of buildings, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and general building fabric works. You will be responsible for maintaining the safety, condition and functionality of building fabric and associated systems, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with relevant Health and Safety requirements.
