What will be my core responsibilities? You will cover the Cardiff and Newport areas carrying out a range of building services work orders, with a focus on plumbing. Instal and make good plasterboard, skirting and boxing in on a range of different spaces. 1st and 2nd fix plumbing in different hospitality spaces, along with general repairs. Carry out a range of decorating projects both internally and externally. Ensure all required materials are requested and cross check with the helpdesk to make sure they are delivered to the correct address. Purchase additional materials and equipment if necessary. Liaise with the client on any queries and be comfortable explaining any issues/challenges on a job.
