This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced commercial environment, carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs to ensure buildings are maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric maintenance across the site Complete a range of building fabric tasks including carpentry, painting and decorating, basic plumbing, patch repairs and flooring maintenance Support the wider engineering team with maintenance activities when required Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health and Safety legislation and company procedures Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational requirements Accurately record completed work using the CAFM system or maintenance job sheets Identify defects, recommend repairs and suggest improvements where appropriate Contribute to delivering a high standard of facilities maintenance ..... full job details .....
