This is a hands-on role focused on the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of building fabric across our sites. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and presentable.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance on building fabric elementsPerform general repairs including carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, and patch plasteringConduct routine inspections and identify defects or required remedial worksRespond to call-outs as part of a rota, ensuring timely resolution of issuesMaintain accurate records of work completedRequirementsProven experience in a Fabric Technician or similar maintenance roleMulti-skilled background (e.g. carpentry, decorating, minor plumbing)Good problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull UK driving license (if role involves travel between sites)Basic understanding of health and safety practicesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary of 33,000Call-out retainer in addition to salaryOvertime opportunities37.5-hour working weekCompany benefits package...</description>
