Fabric Engineers Mobile - South London to Eastbourne Competitive SalaryA well-established and accredited building services contractor looking for an experienced Fabric Engineers to join their team. This is a mobile role covering sites across South London to Eastbourne, so a full UK driving licence is essential.The RoleWorking Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned maintenance works across a range of client sites. Day-to-day duties will include completing reactive work on fabric equipment, carrying out planned maintenance in line with client specifications, making recommendations on plant condition, completing worksheets and submitting paperwork to head office, and assisting the Contracts Manager with costings for remedial works.Please note there is an out-of-hours on-call rota on a 4-weekly rotation, covering reactive faults outside of normal working hours and weekends.What We''re Looking For Multi-trade background with experience in reactive and planned maintenance Full UK driving licence - essential for this mobile role Organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload across multiple sites Good communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and the contracts team Willingness to participate in the out-of-hours call-out rotaWhat''s on Offer Competitive salary - dependent on experience Monday to Friday core hours Varied and hands-on role across a range of sites Work with a reputable, ..... full job details .....
