Fabric Engineer

Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a competent and experienced fabric maintenance operative to join our Team delivering maintenance and repairs for a prestigious client in the Surrey area. The operative will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of -commercial and civic buildings and some sheltered housing.

Responsibilities

Undertaking planned maintenance work and reactive call outs to buildings and property both internally and externally.

Preferred Skills Set or Experience

Painting and Decorating (Primary skill)

Carpentry (Internal and external)

Plaster Repairs

Roofing Repairs

Flat Roof Repairs (Basic lead work only)

Concreting

Brickwork Repairs

External door and window replacements

Emergency glazing

Minor plumbing repairs

Fencing (Panels and posts)

Qualifications

Candidates ideally will be time served and hold a minimum NVQ level 2 in one or more of the preferred skills sets listed
