Fabric/Maintenance Technician – South Kensington | ££ Competitive | Mon–Fri 8am–5pm

We’re currently recruiting for a Fabric/Maintenance Technician to join a prestigious commercial site in South Kensington.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK’s leading facilities management providers on a long-term contract.

Location: South Kensington

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Overtime available)

Sector: Commercial Building Maintenance

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• General fabric maintenance across a commercial building

• Basic plumbing, flushing systems, changing lights, door locks, and making good

• Painting, plastering, carpentry, and cleaning plant rooms

• Assisting M&E engineers with site tasks

• Quoting for additional works and liaising directly with clients

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in fabric maintenance within a commercial setting

• Skilled in general trades: painting, carpentry, plastering

• Strong client-facing skills and professional attitude

• Ability to quote works and communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Must provide 2 references from the past 5 years

• Own safety boots and basic hand tools required
