Fabric Engineer - FM Service Provider - Corporate Estate - Chiswick - Up to 38,000 Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated on Chiswick, West London. CBW are currently recruiting a Fabric Engineer to be based in a commercial office space located on Chiswick, West London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most general fabric trades such as basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting etc. Working alongside the maintenance team on site, he or she will be required to carry out all aspects of fabric planned and reactive maintenance across the site. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to 38,000, overtime and further training. Key duties and ResponsibilitiesLighting (Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot and cold)Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting etcMaintain and update Log booksAssist the maintenance team on siteEscort sub contractorsEvent support, set up and pack downPavingPainting and decoratingCarpentryPlasteringTiling - ceramic, carpet etc.Furniture building/removal/movingExternal WorksFencingReplacing Flag stones / pavingGeneral repairs/handyman worksPorterage upon requestHours of Work Monday to Friday (40 hour week) 07:00am to 16:00pm / 09:00am to 18:00pm PackageUp to 38,000 (based on experience)20 days holiday + Bank holidaysOvertime availableFurther trainingCompany pensionCall out requiredRequirementsA trade qualification would be highly desirable (Not ..... full job details .....
