This role will involve carrying out a wide range of general building fabric maintenance tasks across multiple Landmark properties, ensuring all sites are maintained to a high standard of presentation, safety, and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a variety of handy-person duties including basic carpentry, minor plumbing, painting and decorating, door and lock repairs, ceiling tile replacement, patch repairs, and general fabric upkeep. You will also support with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks and reactive works as required. This is a mobile role, however travel is controlled and efficient, with engineers typically attending no more than two sites per day, all located within Zones 1 and 2.
